Will my order ship free?

All orders from OrganicLand Supplements have a free shipping rate this is automatically applied to your order. There is no minimum or maximum order amount that changes our free shipping status. ALL orders come with free shipping.

How much does shipping cost? 

All orders made from come with free shipping. There are zero shipping costs for our supplement orders, regardless of the purchase amount. 

Where does OrganicLand Supplements Ship to?

We currently ship to all zip codes within the 51 domestic states within the United States of America. This includes shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, APO/FPO. We can ship to PO boxes as well. We are working on an international ordering system, so world-wide shipping processes may change in the near future. But at this point in time, OrganicLand Supplements ships to anywhere in the US.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically process and ship out within 2-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). All orders ship USPS Standard Ground. Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days from the day the order ships out. If you place an order near a holiday or a promotional period, please allow a few extra business days for your order to process as we may experience a higher than normal volume.

What couriers do you use?

All orders ship USPS Standard Ground. In some cases, USPS will transfer to  FedEx for final delivery.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

No. You don’t need to be home for delivery, your order will not require a signature and can be left at your front door or porch. 

Is the OrganicLand Supplements facility open during holidays?

Our warehouse is closed for shipping on the following holidays below. Order and shipping processing will resume on the following business day.

  • Labor Day – September 7, 2020
  • Thanksgiving Day – November 26, 2020
  • Day after Thanksgiving – November 27, 2020
  • Christmas Eve Day – December 24, 2020
  • Christmas Day – December 25, 2020
  • New Year's Day – January 1, 2021

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. You’ll also receive an email confirmation when your order is out for delivery and when the order has been delivered. You may check in on the location of your order at any time utilizing that tracking information sent via email.

The tracking information for my package hasn't updated in a few days, what should I do?

Once your order is in transit, the quickest way to locate your package is to contact the courier by providing the tracking information we send via email and directly checking in with USPS to locate your package. If you are still experiencing trouble, please contact us so we can help locate it for you.

How do I change my shipping address?

As our ordering system is automated to process very quickly once they've been submitted, it’s not always possible to make changes once the order is submitted. To make modifications to your order, please contact us immediately. We do suggest updating your shipping address and other personal information, as it changes, within your membership account for all future orders so our system has all current and up to date information.

How do I return or exchange the products or products I purchased?

We stand by our products and guarantee your satisfaction! If you feel at any time our products do not meet your satisfaction, please contact within 30 days of receiving your shipment.

Please confirm your first and last name, order confirmation number, and reason for the return. Please note, we do not offer monetary refunds or replacements for products that were free of charge and not paid for at checkout due to applicable promotions.
